Hi, I’m Emma the owner and founder of Adamson Jones. I’ve been in the hairdressing world for over 18 years, starting out as an apprentice and working my way up to eventually owning my own salon. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the industry change tremendously, and my mission has always been to create a salon for everyone. At Adamson Jones, we believe that anyone is welcome, and we’re committed to making every client feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a team of highly skilled hair professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to all of our clients. Our salon was established in 2012 in Craig Y Don Llandudno North Wales, and since then, we have been dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Recently, we have relocated to a new space in Llandudno, which we have transformed into a good vibes only, eco salon. We hope that you will love our boho-inspired space, where you can sip on a Diet Coke, work on your laptop, and get a fresh blow dry as a member of our VIP Blow Dry Club. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client, and we look forward to welcoming you to Adamson Jones The Salon!

Hey I’m Emma I have been in the industry since I left school I started as an apprentice I worked my way up. From scrubbing brass door handles (don’t ask) to now owning my very own salon. I specialise in all things Curly I love watching my clients leave with the biggest smile and confidence boost. I live for it. 

Random fact: If someone’s putting an ice cream lolly stick in their mouth and biting it we cant be friends!

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Sarah brings a wealth of experience from the hairdressing industry, and her journey is truly inspiring. Starting right out of school, she followed her passion for hairdressing from mid Wales to North Wales, working with renowned brands such as Wella and Paul Mitchell.

    Sarah has honed her skills in various specialties, including working with Paula Peralta for those beautiful curls, Alfie Pfeffer for stunning coloring, Gary Young and Kiri Constantinou for precision cutting, and even got hands-on experience in barbering with the talented team at Baldy's Barbers.

    Sarah's love lies in bridal hair. It was this particular aspect that sparked her passion for hairdressing and her talent in this field is simply unmatched.

    Her creativity knows no bounds!

    Hi! I’m Gemma and I have been with Adamson Jones since 2020, recently moving up to Creative stylist level after completing my Level 3 and showing hard work and dedication. I love doing hair because of the creativity. You won’t see my hair the same for very long so if you ask me for a change I am always up for the challenge.

    I always hope to make your day just that little bit better even just the slightest .

    SENIOR STYLIST

    Meg has an impressive journey in the world of hairstyling. She began her career at a local salon at the age of 17, gaining valuable experience and skills. Fuelled by her love for exploration, she embarked on a travel adventure, spending time in Australia and working at two salons.

    Prepare to experience her artistic vision and attention to detail as Meg creates stunning and personalised looks.

    STYLIST

    Hi I’m Isobel and I am now working at a stylist level. I have earned the title as Blow Dry Queen.

    Styling will always have a place in my heart but I have recently found a new love (feels like I’m cheating) and that’s hair extensions. I now specialise in tapes, wefts and individuals.

    I look forward to meeting new clients and telling you random facts about the world or a story why I don’t like beef mince!

    Hi, I'm Leah and I'm a Graduate Stylist at Adamson Jones. I'm still quite new to this amazing industry and so eager to learn. I love being creative through colours and cuts and seeing the before and after brings me so much joy. I look forward to seeing clients new and old and making them all feel confident in themselves.

    Hello! My name is Rihanna.

    I am currently completing my hairdressing apprenticeship and thoroughly enjoying the learning process as I work towards becoming a fully qualified stylist. I have a strong passion for creative colouring, particularly bold and vibrant shades, and I look forward to specialising in unique, expressive styles in the future. My goal is to help every client feel confident and cared for, and I always enjoy building genuine connections—especially with fellow dog lovers! I’m excited to continue growing in this industry and can’t wait to welcome you into the salon!

At Adamson Jones, we are constantly evolving and looking for ways to improve our services. We are committed to using the best products for our clients while also minimising our environmental impact. We set targets for ourselves every year, and one of our main promises is to never send any waste to landfill. We are proud to say that we have achieved this goal by 2022 using First Mile Zero to landfill. Anything that can't be recycled goes to a waste-to-energy facility where it is turned into energy for homes.

In addition to our recycling efforts, we are always investing in education to provide the best services for our clients. The hairdressing world is constantly changing, with new trends and products emerging all the time. We are always eager to learn more and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and styles. We are passionate about all things hair, and we love what we do!
