Deposits

We take deposits on ALL appointments. Please give us as much notice if you need to change or cancel so we can give the slot to another waiting client. We have a cancellation policy as follows: 

Cancellations

We completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and, as a small business with an employed team, late cancellations and missed appointments can have a significant impact on our stylists and the salon.

More than 48 hours' notice
No cancellation charge will apply. Any eligible deposit or advance payment will be refunded or transferred to your rearranged appointment.

Between 24 and 48 hours' notice
Where we're unable to refill your appointment, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked service value may apply, reflecting the loss caused by the late cancellation.

Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance
Where we're unable to refill your appointment, a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the booked service value may apply, limited to the loss reasonably incurred by the salon as a result of the missed appointment.

If we're able to refill all or part of the appointment, we'll take this into account when calculating any cancellation charge.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend.

Payments

We take cash all major credit/debit cards

Patch Tests

A patch test is required by law before your first colour treatment and no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Just pop into the salon and it will take 30 seconds. If you do not come in before your appointment we cannot carry out your colour appointment - harsh I know, but we have to stick by the rules. No waivers sorry!
